Food Truck Information

The Frisco Downtown Merchants Association is proud to present the 12th annual Frisco StrEATS Food Truck and Music Festival! StrEATS is the longest running food truck event in Texas!

Date: Saturday, May 4th, 2024 from 11 am – 8 pm

Location: The Frisco Rail District - 9215 John W. Elliott Dr, Frisco, TX 75033

Cost: $300 registration fee due upon application approval All registration fees are non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event, no refunds given due to inclement weather.

Food Truck vendors are required to provide the following upon approval for event:

• $300 registration fee
• Certificate of Liability Insurance
• Health Permit with City of Frisco ($50)
  Space is limited. If items are not received in a timely manner, you will be removed from the list and your spot given to the next truck on the wait list.

Important Information:

• Estimated attendance is 5,000-10,000 based on past attendance
• Food vendors must comply with all the City/County requirements.
• Please be aware this festival will expect 10,000 people and your food must be able to be prepared quickly and lines kept to a minimum. You must not run out of food, if you do, you will not be able to leave until the end of the festival due to police requirements. The city is NOT requiring the festival to have a refrigerated truck on site this year, food trucks must have their own refrigeration. The health department will be checking this. NO food may be prepared onsite unless in a food truck.
• Vendors will be decided upon by cuisine as to have a variety of choices, and food vendors to be profitable/not competing with one another.
